Young Kametaro is a shy virgin bachelor struggling to find love in a warped version of Japan where the majority women want to marry a man with a good job, only to cheat on them with better looking men. Kametaro reaches a violent breaking point when he meets and marries a woman who refuses to sleep with him and then subsequently cheats on him. After he gruesomely disposes of her, he becomes cursed by her ghostly visage. The curse turns his penis into three sharp blades, transforming him into the urban legend known as SCISSOR PENIS!
